  • I will retain a scheduling company to ensure that other agents may schedule showings between 8:00AM - 8:00PM.

  • I will review the marketing of our home with you, suggesting changes if needed.
  • I will pre-qualify potential buyers who submit a contract.
  • I will provide you with a basic explanation of each offer received on your home.
  • I will estimate our closing cost and net proceeds on each offer received on your home.
  • I will explain and guide you through any contract or lender-required repairs.
  • I will assist you in selecting a closing company.
  • I will be present to review your closing documents and cost with you at closing.
